 NOTE: Prices shown below include shipping
and handling (and GST for Canadian orders). The price on the 1st
page of the PayPal order excludes S&H, the 2nd page adds it on
to the total. S&H is part of the price of the product and is not
negotiable.
CD-ROM orders will be airmailed and can
take from 10 to 30 days to reach you, depending on where in the
world you live. Orders for Refer-ence Manuals will be
acknowledged by email usually within 24 hours. The email will
contain a link and a password so you can download your eBook. Be
sure to save the file after it loads.
 If I am away teaching a course, it might be 3 or
4 days before you receive your email.
