Choose the software download that you want and right-click on
desired file format. Select "Save Target As ",
and save file in an appropriate directory. A left-click
loads the file directly to your screen. Use "File >> Save
As" to save
the file. If you get a Login/Password dialog box, hit "Escape"
and be sure to change the target directory to some place
on your hard drive.

Requires Lotus 1-2-3 version 97 or newer. Documentation is "pre-Windows"
- some macros will not work properly in a Windows environment,
but you can use keystrokes to accomplish equivalent tasks.

This is a "pre-Windows" program that runs in a DOS window.
The only functions on the main menu that are active
are File Management, Plotting, and Exit. The
printer drivers are obsolete, so we recommend
you use the "Print to File" option, then use
SDI
Convert to make PDF or JPG formats that
can be printed directly to modern printers. You can also send
the results of "Print to File" to HP-GL compatible printers
or plotters.

 E. R. (Ross) Crain, P.Eng. is
a Consulting Petrophysicist and a Professional Engineer with over
35 years of experience in reservoir description, petrophysical
analysis, and management. He has been a specialist in the integration
of well log analysis and petrophysics with geophysical, geological,
engineering, and simulation phases of oil and gas exploration
and exploitation, with widespread Canadian and Overseas experience.
His textbook, "Crain's Petrophysical Handbook on CD-ROM"
is widely used as a reference to practical log analysis. Mr Crain
is an Honourary Member and Past President of the Canadian Well
Logging Society (CWLS),
a Member of Society of Petrophysicists and Well Log Analysts (SPWLA),
and a Registered Professional Engineer with Alberta Professional
Engineers, Geologists and Geophysicists (APEGGA).
