If you request a letter of reference or a transcript of your marks to give to an employer, prospective employer, or educational institution, it will be sent only to the specific address that you provide. A fee of US$50 will be charged for each letter or transcript.

If the organization paying for your studies requests an assessment of your performance or your marks, these will be provided to the requesting organization and to you.

Clients: Your data, your results, and my reports on your project are strictly between you and me and will not be sold, loaned, or shown to anyone else. Copies for partners will be sent only to addresses provided by you. Your paper and digital data will be archived in a secure location and will only be used if you re-activate the project. I have no financial interest in any leases, property, or stock related to the energy industry. If an apparent conflict of interest occurs by virtue of a consulting contract, it will be declared as soon as discovered.
