This License permits Licensee to use specified portions of Copyrighted Intellectual Property known as "Crain's Petrophysical Handbook" for the sole purpose of creating petrophysical software, courses, seminars, training materials, presentations, or any other use that involves transfer of the Copyrighted Intellectual Property to others, whether or not a fee is charged for the work created.

4. Copying of portions of the Handbook not specified herein may be granted upon request and payment of an additional fee.

5. Appropriate credit to Crain's Petrophysical Handbook is required in each document created under this License.

6. Technical support if requested by Licensee, other than brief emails or phone calls, will be charged at current professional rates.
